Inspired by a grandmother from Kyoto, Japan and a love for Japanese cuisine, this young entrepreneur is putting a fun twist on sushi by creating sushi made entirely out of candy. It’s the perfect treat for anyone with a serious sweet tooth!
This business was funded the old-fashioned way — by shoveling neighbors’ driveways and saving up startup money. Now, all that hard work is rolling into a colorful, candy-filled display that’s sure to be a hit.
