Our Rotary Club is thrilled to warmly welcome Emily Isabel Dias as the newest and youngest member of our growing Rotary family. Her official induction was not just a celebration of new beginnings, but a powerful reminder of the spirit of service that connects generations.

Emily has long embodied the Rotary values. At just 12 years old, she founded the Interact Club at Kennedy Middle School in Natick, a vibrant youth group that continues to thrive today. Her leadership from such a young age speaks volumes about her commitment to building community and creating change. "I hope to attract more young people to Rotary," Emily shared. With her passion and energy, we are certain she will do just that.

Her connection to Rotary runs deep. Emily is the daughter of our Club President, Vera Dias, who reflected, "It is deeply meaningful to see a second generation stepping forward to carry on the Rotary tradition. I’ve always been inspired by families with two or three generations of Rotarians—and last night, that inspiration became personal."

Before her official induction, Emily was already a familiar face in our club, actively volunteering at events such as the Pooch Parade, Children’s Business Fair, and the Car Show. She’s been a regular at our dinner meetings and has contributed her insights to the planning of special events.

Beyond Rotary, Emily is multi-talented and driven. She enjoys crochet and dancing and brings the same creativity and focus to her professional life. With a degree in Neuroscience and Behavior from Columbia University, where she concentrated in Business Management, she now works in real estate and mortgage lending. She is passionate about problem-solving and wealth-building, guiding clients with clarity through the homeownership and investment journey. Her clients value her for her strategic approach and dedication to keeping them well-informed.

We are honored to have Emily join us and look forward to the many ways she will help shape the future of our club. Welcome, Emily!
